A registered address for your company. Here are the providers.
Does your CVR number need an address you do not live at? A handful of Danish companies sell a company address with mail handling. We have lined them up next to each other so you can compare prices and terms in one place.
Independent overview. Not a Sparro product.
- The providers below are independent Danish companies. Sparro does not sell, bill or broker their services, and we earn nothing from this list.
- You sign up directly with the provider. ID checks and anti money laundering screening happen with them too.
- Prices and terms were checked in August 2026. Prices may change, so always confirm with the provider before you commit.

395 DKK is an add-on on top of a separate phone-answering agreement, not a combined price. CityCallCenter runs its own anti money laundering checks on customers. That responsibility sits with the provider, not with Sparro.
One note for the comparison: Din Firmaadresse has the lowest list price, but it excludes VAT and the address is in Aalborg. The other four are in Copenhagen.
Prices are listed as the providers state them in August 2026. Always check the current price and terms with the provider.
Check this before you sign.
The providers sell close to the same thing, but the details differ. Those details are what cost money or time later.
The address has to work as the registered seat in CVR. A plain mailbox is not always enough.
Every provider has to run anti money laundering checks. Have photo ID and company documents ready.
Look at whether the price includes VAT, and whether there is a setup fee.
Ask about lock in and notice periods, and what happens to your post if you leave.
Check how often post is scanned. Deadlines from the Danish tax authority do not wait for a weekly pickup.
The address becomes public in CVR and ends up on your invoices. Pick one you are comfortable with.
Sparro is the bookkeeping, not the address.
We do not sell company addresses and we have no agreement with the providers above. Sparro is a Danish bookkeeping platform that automates VAT, receipts and all the rules nobody tells new founders about.
