Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026
Sparro hasn't launched yet — sparro.dk is currently a waitlist for the upcoming product. This policy describes what personal data we collect on this site today and what we use it for.
Data controller
Rapidlaunchcode ApS (CVR 45 44 13 93), Njalsgade 21F, 2. sal, Copenhagen, is the data controller for the information you give us on sparro.dk. You can contact us at Nicklas@rapit.app or on WhatsApp +45 31 33 25 99.
What we collect
Only your email address, when you join the waitlist. We don't ask for your name, company, or any other information at this stage.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your email to invite you to the beta and keep you updated on launch. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Who we share it with
Your email is sent to Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), the tool we use to manage the waitlist. This transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We also store your email as a backup in our own database. We never sell your data and don't use it for anything beyond what's described here.
Retention
We keep your email for as long as the waitlist exists, or until you ask us to delete it. Once the beta opens and you create a Sparro account, a separate, more detailed policy for the product itself will apply instead.
Cookies
Sparro.dk currently sets only one cookie: a functional cookie that remembers whether you chose Danish or English. It isn't a tracking or marketing cookie, so it doesn't require consent under the Danish Cookie Order. We don't use any third-party analytics, marketing, or advertising cookies on this site today.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, as well as the right to restrict or object to our processing and the right to data portability. Contact us at Nicklas@rapit.app to exercise your rights. You can also file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
Security
All traffic to sparro.dk is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the systems that process your data is limited to the people at our company who need it.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page whenever how we process personal data changes — including once the beta opens and Sparro becomes a real product with more processors and features.
