These terms govern your use of sparro.dk, which today is a waitlist for the upcoming Sparro product. Sparro hasn't launched yet, so these terms don't cover the accounting product itself — updated terms of service will apply once the beta opens.

Who operates this site

Sparro is operated by Rapidlaunchcode ApS (CVR 45 44 13 93), Njalsgade 21F, 2. sal, Copenhagen.

The waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive an email from us when the beta opens. We don't guarantee a specific launch date or beta access, and you can ask to be removed from the list at any time.

Intellectual property

All content on sparro.dk — text, design, logo, and illustrations — belongs to Rapidlaunchcode ApS and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without prior permission.

Disclaimer

This site is provided as is. We aim to keep the information on it accurate and up to date, but can't guarantee it, since Sparro is still under development and features, pricing, and timeline may change.

Limitation of liability

Rapidlaunchcode ApS isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this waitlist site, to the extent permitted under Danish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and any dispute that can't be resolved amicably will be settled in the Danish courts.
